今回は3/15に行われました陸上教室の模様をお伝えします。

更新が遅れてしまい申し訳ございません。

 

円盤投・ハンマー投・やり投に参加者がいました。

全体でアップをしてそれぞれの専門種目ごとに練習をしました。

陸上教室は定期的に行われていますがそのたびに中高生は多くのことを吸収し、持ち帰ってくれているように思われます。

大学生側も「こんな若い時もあったな～」と懐かしい気分になり、そしてまた新たに頑張ろうと思えるのではないでしょうか。

シーズンがいよいよ間近になってきましたが時々休息を入れながらも前進していきましょう！

それでは今回はこのあたりで失礼します。
